In its eighth edition, ADM Seville has established itself as Spain’s leading event for the sector and the most important in Southern Europe, bringing together 159 companies and more than 1,500 participants from 30 countries.
The event featured the participation of Antonio Villegas, Director General for Economic Promotion, Business Parks and Science at Seville City Council, who opened the forum, as well as Silvia de los Santos, Head of Seville Spanish Space Capital, who was responsible for closing the conference sessions.
During her speech, De los Santos presented the public-private governance model on which Seville Spanish Space Capital is built, an initiative promoted by Seville City Council that already brings together more than 50 entities, including major anchor companies such as Airbus and Alter, startups, universities, research centers, associations, and cultural foundations.
She also highlighted the City Council’s strategic commitment to strengthening Seville’s space ecosystem through communication, outreach, and education, fostering connections between talent, industry, and innovation.
Participation in forums such as ADM Seville is part of the objective of positioning Seville Spanish Space Capital wherever the leading players in the sector are present, reinforcing the city’s position as a benchmark in the space industry. This work is complemented by outreach activities carried out through digital channels and public events, as well as the organization of quarterly meetings of the Space Forum, which has already become a key meeting point for Seville’s space ecosystem.
ADM Seville was held at FIBES Seville from May 19 to 21 and was organized by the Regional Government of Andalusia, through Andalucía TRADE, and BCI Aerospace.
