The IBiS —Seville Institute of Biomedicine— is organising a talk entitled ‘Hibernation in small animals as a proxy for long-term preservation of the brain’.
Aimed at the general public, the talk, delivered by researchers Alberto Pascual Bravo and Diego García González, will cover the fundamentals of the physiology of hibernation and its potential applications in environments requiring reduced metabolic rates.
