Silvia de los Santos, our Technical Director of the municipal initiative Sevilla Spanish Space Capital, has been recognized among the 100 Leading Women of Andalusian Industry, a distinction promoted by the Regional Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Government of Andalusia.
This recognition is especially significant in a sector where currently only one in four employees is a woman. The Andalusian industry, a key driver of development, created nearly 25,000 new jobs in 2025 and accounted for almost one third of regional GDP growth.
Silvia’s career in the aerospace field represents the talent, technical capacity and female leadership that are driving Andalusia’s industrial and technological transformation.
