Seville hosts today, February 24, a conference dedicated to the PLATO mission, organized by ALTER Technology T\u00dcV NORD S.A.U. and the Spanish Space Agency, within the framework of Seville Space Capital.<\/p>\n
The aim of this meeting is to highlight the collective work underpinning the PLATO mission, as well as the synergies between the different actors involved in its development. Conceived as a meeting point for some of the project\u2019s most relevant collaborators, the event will showcase cooperation between industry, public institutions, universities, and research centers in one of Europe\u2019s most ambitious scientific programmes.<\/p>\n
The programme will feature speakers from the European Space Agency (ESA), the Spanish Space Agency, the National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA), universities, and representatives of the space industry, who will address the technological, scientific, and management challenges involved in a mission dedicated to the search for and characterization of exoplanets.<\/p>\n
