Coffee with Science is an activity in which an Andalusian scientist sits down with a small group of guests to chat around a table while enjoying a coffee.
Attendees are usually students in their final years of secondary school and high school from educational centers throughout Andalusia, although there are also cafés aimed at the general public. During the meeting, the expert discusses their scientific activity, their daily life, and their hobbies, chatting with participants in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, far removed from the traditional speaker-audience format.
Three coffee tables will be held with the following researchers:
– Rafael Vázquez Valenzuela (Department of Aerospace Engineering and Fluid Mechanics, University of Seville).
– Rocío Caparrós (Airbus). Advisor to the Shakthisat mission board. Head of development strategy at Space Women Alliance. Mentor in the Space4Woman UN-OOSA program.
– Sergio Esteban Roncero (Department of Aerospace Engineering and Fluid Mechanics, University of Seville).
