“Connectivity as a Driver of Development in Rural Areas” – COITAOC

On March 11, a conference will be held for municipal officials, town and local authority technicians, as well as telecommunications companies and local operators interested in improving connectivity in rural areas and reducing the digital divide.

This practical and informative session is organized by INPRO and the Official College of Telecommunication Engineers (COIT). It will focus on analyzing available connectivity solutions, the specific challenges of rural areas, and technical assistance for municipalities.

During the event, the UNICO Rural Demand Program (Connect35) will be presented. This initiative aims to guarantee access to 100 Mbps broadband in remote areas, along with other public and private initiatives that promote regional development through telecommunications.
